Conditions for ordering whitepapers
1. General information
The following conditions for ordering whitepapers apply between you and NEOX NETWORKS GmbH, Monzastr. 4, 63225 Langen, Germany.
2. Scope of performance
On its website, NEOX NETWORKS GmbH offers you German translations of whitepapers from manufacturers whose products it sells. After filling out the order form, you will receive an e-mail to confirm your order (double opt-in procedure). Upon activation of the confirmation link, a contract is concluded between you and NEOX NETWORKS GmbH and an access link to download the ordered white papers is sent to the specified e-mail address after a plausibility check of your data. If you do not click on the confirmation link, your data will be deleted within 30 days and a contract will not be concluded. After sending the access link we will inform you about interesting products and offers of NEOX NETWORKS GmbH by phone or email. You have the right to object to this processing of your data at any time by sending an email to: info@neox-networks.com
3. Constraints
The materials sent to you are protected by copyright. All materials are protected by copyright. A commercial use of the materials for own purposes is not desired and requires the explicit consent of NEOX NETWORKS GmbH.
4. Liability
NEOX NETWORKS GmbH is liable for damages caused by the receipt of materials in the event of intent and gross negligence in accordance with the statutory provisions. The same applies to damage caused by negligence resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as to claims pursuant to §§ 1, 4 of the Product Liability Act. NEOX NETWORKS GmbH shall only be liable for damage to property and financial loss caused by negligence in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, but limited in amount to the damage foreseeable and typical of the contract at the time the contract was concluded (material contractual obligations are those whose fulfilment characterises the contract and on which the customer may rely). However, liability is limited to five times the value of the materials sent.
5. Term and termination
If you do not wish to receive information from NEOX NETWORKS GmbH, you can terminate the contract without notice by sending an e-mail to: info@neox-networks.com
6. Final provisions
If you are a registered trader or a corporation or institution under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and/or in connection with this contract is Offenbach am Main.
