PacketLion NX-PBPL-4L
40 Port 100G Network Packet Broker

The PacketLion NX-PBPL-4L is a purpose-built Network Packet Broker designed for use in data centres and network perimeter applications.

The system can be used to optimise the port usage of existing infrastructure or as a standalone device in L2-L4 filtering applications. To ensure seamless integration into your monitoring infrastructure, all PacketLions offer a full API interface via NETCONF.

There are no additional licence fees per port and the device is compatible with MSA compliant QSFP28 pluggables / transceivers. Flexible port speeds (port splitting) can be scaled according to network requirements (10G / 25G / 40G) and changed within the interface.

One year of Silver Support is included with our PacketLion Network Packet Brokers.
However, we offer the option of extending this period or opting for Gold Support instead.
The Gold Support extends the Silver Support by the possibility of an Advanced Replacement in case of a hardware defect.
