NXMon All-IP On Premise


With the monitoring tool NXMon All-IP On Premise you can permanently monitor the existing end-to-end qualities and SLAs (Service Level Agreements). In the event of an error, alarms (SNMP, email, etc.) are triggered and simultaneously displayed visually via the central web dashboard. The tool performs active end-to-end tests on remote stations that support RFC6849 (CPEs, routers, etc.) as well as point-to-multipoint and any-to-any tests (tests between network segments). It also has reporting (baseline, trendline).

NXMon All-IP On Premise is data protection compliant because only quality data is evaluated. With this tool you can monitor the most important SLA parameters for your application and in case of an error you can quickly find out in which network segment (LAN, WAN, in-house network, etc.) the error is located without having to call a technician on site.

Active end-to-end monitoring

Use NXMon All-IP On Premise to monitor end-to-end PESQ/POLQA voice quality and perform Any-to-Any tests. The tool is data protection compliant, as only quality data from test calls is evaluated. Use the automated alarming (SNMP, Email) according to freely selectable threshold values and monitor the most important SLA parameters for your application.

Infrastructure Monitoring

By permanently monitoring your infrastructure, you can directly identify the segment in which problems arise. NXMon All-IP On Premise monitors the central network components and controls the network segments. A quick identification of vulnerabilities takes place, web dashboards enable a quick overview and drill down to the actual problem.

Troubleshooting

With NXMon All-IP On Premise you can quickly find out in which network segment (LAN, WAN, in-house network, etc.) the error is located without the need for on-site technicians. Using the PESQ process, the solution enables professional end-to-end troubleshooting through targeted on-site tests at the customer’s site. A fast fault localization by segmented measurements takes place. The results are expert reports that accurately represent errors.
